An active key, not a passive promise, to regain control, to be well and healthy.
Meditation has existed for over 4,000 years. It is not spiritual in any way. Its practice has biological consequences in our brain. The goal is not to think of nothing, because that is impossible; our brain is made to think, to receive information from the outside through our body and to process it in order to act or react.
With practice, we can decide what we want to think about. So if a stressful topic keeps coming up, we learn not to let it overwhelm and control us. We learn not to be a victim.
- To answer this question, some basic biological knowledge is needed; one needs to understand:
- What is stress?
- How it becomes chronic
- Why it is toxic and pathogenic
- How our brain communicates with the outside world.
- explanations about the brain, stress, birth and the role of emotions, why and how meditation has a biological impact on our brain...
- a 45-minute meditation session including mental preparation for concentration and imagination, gentle physical movements and deep breathing activating the diaphragm.
- A good anti-stress lifestyle habit.
- A break for your brain, which is constantly and exhaustingly overworked every day.
- A practical and effective tool to gain control over your emotions.
- An effective tool against mood disorders, depression, chronic or inflammatory pain.
- A range of new sensations in the body and mind.
The perfect combination to regain control of your emotions.
